This raw white gold is transformed into crystals by the salt marsh masters. The majesty of the place will captivate you, just as it has already won over thousands of migratory birds that find refuge there.

Because you’ll want to extend this communion with the sun and wind, head to taste the oysters at Cambuse du Saunier with a breathtaking view of the Salt Flats. Go buy your fish directly at Ayrolle. Fishermen sell their fresh catch directly, as it has always been done, every morning from 9 am to noon, without intermediaries. They offer advice and speak about it better than anyone!

Finally, sit on a terrace, facing a sumptuous sunset, and let pleasure take over while accompanying this moment with a glass of Pierre Richard wine.
